Camp Registration

Online camp registration is available starting February 23^rd, 2026.
Please review the Required Forms section below before beginning registration.

Required Forms

(Must Be Completed Before Checkout)

To complete camp registration, parents/guardians must upload required documents during registration before checkout.

Step 1 — Click on the Register Here button at the bottom of this page to get to the registration page or use the link here.

Step 2 — Create an account for your household by clicking on Register on the top right corner of the page. Be sure to add your child as a member of household. We cannot register your child unless they are listed as a member of your household. Your new account with Webtrac must be verified before you can register for camp sessions. You will receive an email stating your account is verified.

Step 3 —Click on Camp Forms on the top drop-down menu.

From the dropdown, please download and complete the following fillable PDF forms, as applicable:

• Completed and Signed Camper Physical Form (REQUIRED scanned PDF or jpg file)
• Camper Medical Questionnaire (REQUIRED Fillable PDF)
• Individual Care Plan (IF NEEDED- Fillable PDF)
• Medication Authorization form (IF NEEDED- Fillable PDF)

Step 4 — Complete and Save Forms to Your Device

After completing the forms, please save them to your device (a computer is recommended).

Suggested file names:

• LastName_FirstName_Physical.pdf OR LastName_FirstName_Physical.jpg
• LastName_FirstName_Medical.pdf
• LastName_FirstName_ICP.pdf
• LastName_FirstName_Medication.pdf

Step 5 — Upload During Registration (Before Checkout)

During online registration, parents will be prompted to upload both completed documents before checkout can be completed.

If all required documents are not filled out and ready to be uploaded during registration, please do not begin the registration process, as you will not be able to continue or finalize registration.

Note: Uploading documents works best on a computer. Mobile uploads may be more difficult depending on the device.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are forms required before checkout?
Because the registration system requires these documents to be uploaded before registration can be completed.

Can I register first and upload later?
At this time, no. Forms must be uploaded during registration before checkout.

What if I only have a mobile device?
You may attempt registration, but uploading documents is typically easier on a computer.
