Pavilion & Special Event Permits

Step 1: Check Availability
Email hhatton@newhavenct.gov or call 203-946-6960 to confirm your desired date.

Step 2: Apply & Submit Payment

  • Download PDF Form here: [Pavilion/Special Event Application]
  • Submit Application: Email your completed and signed application to hhatton@newhavenct.gov
  • Payment Options:
    • Phone: Credit/ Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express)
    • Mail: Money order or certified check (payable to TREASURER, CITY OF NEW HAVEN)

Personal checks and cash are not accepted.

Carousel @ Lighthouse Point Park - Rentals

This New Haven treasure is available for Private rental from: May to – Mid October each year. Each private event at the Carousel is customized around your plans. Please email: sbruno@newhavenct.gov to discuss your plans and Carousel availability.
