Contractor Removal Application
This application is only to remove the contractor on present permit with the intention of replacing contractor, this does not void the permit.

Refund Policy/Permit Termination
This application is to void permit completely, no work shall continue under permit requested. If work already started, the permit cannot be terminated.

Release from Land Records
This application is for any Open Violations that are on record for a property that you wish to remove.

Research Letter
This application is only for properties throughout New Haven that do not currently have a Certificate of Occupancy on file as they were not required till early 1970’s. Want to know if there is a Certificate of Occupancy on file? Come in during Research Hours.

Freedom of Information Application
This application is for Research Purposes only. If you are requesting Copies/Certified Copies. Also if you are looking to conduct an Open Records Search for any Open Violations/Permits.
