We’re dedicated to providing employees and their families with caring and personalized services, to help them resolve any personal problem with dignity and respect.
The Lexington Group, Inc. provides confidential, 24/7 support for employees and their family members, focusing on mental health, work-life balance, and professional counseling. We offer face-to-face or video counseling services to assist employees in identifying and resolving personal problems.
Employees of the City, or their household family members, may contact The Lexington Group, Inc. directly at any time. You can be assured that any contact with Lexington Group, Inc. is strictly confidential, as we are bound by strict ethical guidelines and state and federal laws.
What can the EAP help with? Just about any kind of concern imaginable, such as:

EAP Services include initial evaluation and assessment, treatment planning, short term counseling, referrals and coordination with your health insurance or community resources.
