As part of the City's Complete Streets program, the City proposes improvements to the Willow St + Nicoll St intersection to reduce motor vehicle crashes and improve pedestrian safety.  The proposed improvements include a raised intersection, bump outs across Nicoll St, mountable medians on Willow St, and Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons for pedestrian crossings.
