All Building and Sidewalk Permit applications must be submitted through the City’s online permitting system.

Once submitted, applications are reviewed by the appropriate City departments for signoff and inspection scheduling. Applicants will be notified through the online system when additional information, documents, or inspections are required.

Storm Connection Fees:

Storm Sewer Connection Fee: $500 per connection (where a storm water management plan is required)
