Every 3rd Wednesday of the Month!

Meetings will be held virtually and/or on the 2nd Floor of New Haven City Hall at 165 Church Street at 6:00 PM on the Third Wednesday each month unless otherwise noticed. In the event of meetings lacking quorum, that meeting will be rescheduled or canceled. Meetings generally last between 45 minutes to two hours depending on agenda length, discussion, public comment, or presentations.

There is a standing portion of the meeting dedicated to Public Comment, usually at the beginning of the meeting. Anyone may make a statement, ask questions, or participate in this portion of the meeting either virtually or online. Members of the Public may also submit questions via the Chat function on Zoom, or in writing to the Administrator or Board Chair to be read aloud and answered during the meeting. If submitted after the public comment time, responding during the meeting to the public is at the discretion of the Chair; otherwise, the Administrator will respond following the conclusion of the meeting.
