Financial Empowerment Center (NHFEC)

New Haven Financial Empowerment Center (NHFEC)
Financial health is an important aspect of every person’s life. The Social Services Divisions' role in assisting our citizens in overcoming life challenges include financial barriers to self-sufficiency. Our NHFEC team is trained and certified in providing confidential financial counseling along with competent case management services.
The New Haven Financial Empowerment Center (NHFEC) housed within the New Haven Opportunity Center (NHOp-C) on Dixwell Avenue offers opportunities to connect with staff, community partners, and to attend group presentations designed to assist you in improving your financial well-being.
