 Please download and print the reservation request forms below for the facility you wish to reserve. Fill out the form and bring or mail to the Parks office. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: All permit requests must be submitted no less than 3 weeks in advance. Failure to do so will result in a late charge of $40 in addition to your permit costs. (Sec. 19-7, New Haven Code of Ordinances).

Edgewood Pavilion
Located at corner of West Rock Ave and Whalley Ave. (Near tennis courts)

Up to 25 people; Large gatherings will require special permission from permit committee

Yes, must submit a certificate of insurance with a minimum of 1 million dollars liability. Applicant is required to bring own generator.

NO DJ’s and amplified music allowed in the park.

Must contact Health Department at 203-946-8174 to inform of catering

 Tents
If permitted, please be advised the tents must be weighted by water barrels or sand bags. If the tent size exceeds 900 sq. ft. must obtain a permit from Building Department.
