Applications are due by September 11, 2020, no later than 5:00PM for review and consideration.  Any applications received after this deadline will be accepted and considered on a rolling basis, subject to funding availability.

View the Mayor’s Proposed Substantial Amendment to the FY 2019-20 Consolidated Annual Action Plan for CARES Act funding. Public comments will be accepted until 5:00 pm on Tuesday, June 30, 2020. Comments should be emailed to conplanapp@newhavenct.gov.


BOA Approved 2020-2024 Five Year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan for Public Comment:

Mayor Justin Elicker invites citizens to comment on the BOA Approved 2020-2024 Five Year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan. Comments should be emailed to conplanapp@newhavenct.gov and will be accepted until 5:00 pm Tuesday June 11 2020. All comments will be reviewed and taken into consideration for inclusion in the final Five Year Plan which will be submitted to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development by July 15, 2020.
