The Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Division of the New Haven Health Department provides bicultural/bilingual health information and services for pregnant and parenting women and their families, serving New Haven and the surrounding towns.
Family Check Up is an evidenced-based home visitation program for children from two (2) and six (6) years of age and their families. Family Check Up promotes family management and addresses child adjustment.The intervention has two phases.
